Offering Nextel, Alltel, Dish Network and DirecTV, we are the only Nextel Authorized Service Center in Isabella County. We can repair Nextel handsets while you wait. I am writing this letter to congratulate you on two outstanding employees
you have, Jason and Miranda. Jason helped me through every step of
getting Dish Network. He always returned my calls, and never seemed
bothered by my endless questions. He is very professional and wants
to make sure everything is correct. If there is a problem he wants to know
about it and if he cannot help you with it he will steer you in the right
direction. Jason is very conscientious and takes pride in helping the
people he deals with.
This leads me to your other outstanding employee, Miranda. She is a true
professional. She cares about the people she talks to. She also makes
sure she returns calls, which is very unusual in today's world.
Customer service is one of the many reasons I left Charter
Communications. I like knowing I can talk to someone local who knows
what they are talking about. I don't want someone who speaks English I
cannot understand and also tells me things that are not true.
I like the fact that I can call your office and a person, not a machine
answers the phone. I would not hesitate to do business with your
company for that fact alone.
