We purchased an Alltel RAZR and were impressed
and pleased with the service at the store. Rita Redmond
waited on us and was so friendly, helpful and informative.
Her detailed expertise made for a very positive experience.
She made sure we had copies and went over what we
needed to know for sending in for a rebate.
Earlier this month, we realized we haven't received our
rebate. We contacted her and she checked on it and sent
all of our information in again on her own personal time.
We received our rebate and were grateful for her standing
behind us and going the extra mile.
What a refreshing person to work with after many situations
at other cell phone places where we've not even been waited
